PRE-THINNED PLASTI DIP UV.
Pre-thinned Plasti Dip is ready for spraying. Wipe surface with alcohol prior to applying Plasti Dip to ensure surface is clean. DO NOT USE PREPSOL. Stir frequently whilst spraying to stop separation of Plasti Dip and Thinners. We recommend 5-7 thin spray coats as Plasti Dip is air cured and will not dry if applied too thickly.
Customers are using this product to coat their wheel rims using the Preval Cordless Spray Unit or their own spray gun. We recommend 5-7 coats of Plasti Dip to get good coverage, this will make the Plasti Dip easier to peel off if/when required. You can download the Technical Data Sheet below for technical information and usage instructions.

AVERAGE USAGE:
2 x 3.78 litre cans to spray the small vehicle.
3 x 3.78 litre cans for a medium vehicle
and 4 x 3.78 litre for a large vehicle
4-5 x 3.78 litres for a larger SUV/4WD
(There are many variables in the usage, ie: what colour you are applying and what colour you are applying over, how much overspray, weather conditions, etc. and the usage is a guide only. If you are putting a light coloured Plasti Dip over a dark coloured vehicle you will probably use more)
