F-674 is
an acrylic waterbase coating, designed to protect polystyrene and
expanded polystyrene foams from impact damage, as well as
improve appearance. It's very low V.O.C.'s,
non-flammable and high solids content, make it an Emission Control
Coating System, eccs®. F-674 has excellent chemical, abrasion
and impact resistance. With its semi-gloss finish, F-674 is
perfect for logos, letters or any 3 dimensional item used for
display purposes. This high performance acrylic is also
excellent for outdoor use on polystyrene dock foams, packaging
items, decoys and the list goes on. Use F-674 anywhere
that common paints fail on polystyrene foams, and enjoy the long

F-717

Description:
F-753 is
a vinyl based coating used to seal unskinned polyurethane foams.
F-753 can also be used on closed cell foam containing vinyl.
F-753 will produce a skin/membrane on unskinned polyurethane foam,
to create a barrier to moisture and chemicals. This skin, has
excellent resistance to fluids and petroleums.
F-753 is a tough coating that adds durability to foam, and imparts
abrasion as well as puncture resistance.
These
qualities find particular use in the medical industry, where
cushioning and positioning devices are fabricated and used in
sterile environments, as well as therapeutic practices. F-753
passes all types of imaging and does not artifact. Other uses
include cushioning for athletic devices, seat cushions, packaging
and acoustical panels. F-753 is an excellent, cost
effective replacement for Hypalon coating.

F-786 water base in mold barrier coating is specifically developed
to use as an in mold coating for flexible polyurethane foams and

Foam Primer.

DESCRIPTION:
Prep-sol Foam Primer is an air dry vinyl solvent based primer which
has been specifically formulated to increase adhesion of other
Muraculon spray coatings. The F-789 can be used on contour cut
polyurethane polyester and polyether foams. F-789 Prep-sol Foam
Primer is especially effective in increasing adhesion to molded
flexible polyurethane foams with mold release agents on the
surface. Reasonable effort to minimize or remove the release agent
residue is required for best results. F-789 is used in
manufacturing of patient positioning products such as wheelchair
cushions, positioning aids and other industrial
applications.

F-861 Liquid Powder is a high quality, vinyl concentrate, dry blend
replacement. It’s used to manufacture (mix) vinyl paint used to
spray or dip coat martial arts gear, pool floats, wrestling mats,
medical products, novelty items, etc. The term Liquid Powder
refers to the liquid concentrate form, which our F-861 is packaged
in. Its’ advantages are less space for storage (450lb drums vs
350lb drums for dry blends), mix time is cut up to 50%, easier to
handle (easy pour or pump liquid), no “caking” or compacting, no
“leaching” of ingredients into container when stored and most of
all, because of its unique manufacturing process, it remains
